1. Purpose of the Service

The WORQO application (accessible at https://worqo.app) is a tool for team presence visibility and coordination. It enables users to declare their daily status (office, remote, travel, off) to streamline hybrid work.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing and using the application implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service. The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to adapt to changes in the service.

3. Access to the Service and Accounts

Access to WORQO is made via passwordless Magic Link authentication (one-time connection email). Users agree to provide true information and not to impersonate any third party.

Organizations are automatically associated based on the domain of the user's professional email, or via a direct invitation from a company manager.

4. User Responsibilities

The user is solely responsible for the data entered on the platform (first name, last name, presence status). Users agree to use the tool respectfully and compliance-wise, without disrupting the proper functioning of the application.
