1. Our Privacy Philosophy

At WORQO, we believe that trust is the foundation of effective team coordination. Our product is built transparently: we do not track activity, we do not measure connection times, and we do not collect background geolocation data. The only shared data is what you voluntarily declare to coordinate your presence with your colleagues.

2. Collected Data

We collect the absolute minimum required for the service to function:

• Account Information: Professional email address (used for passwordless authentication), First name, and Last name.
• Coordination Data: Daily declared presence statuses (office, remote, travel, off).
• Team Data: Membership to an organization and teams within it.

3. Data Recipients and Hosting

Presence data is shared exclusively with active members of your company (strict data partitioning using PostgreSQL Row Level Security). No data is ever sold or shared with third parties.

All database servers (provided by Supabase) are located in **Europe (Frankfurt, Germany region)** to guarantee full GDPR compliance.

4. Your Rights (Access, Correction, and Deletion)

In compliance with European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your personal data.
